private, family owned hotel with its origins dating back
to the Norman Conquest. Dine in the award winning
wood panelled Manor Restaurant where ?ne food and
excellent service are some of the key ingredients to this
stunning dining venue. Our new Head Chef is
passionate about food and is keen to use locally
sourced produce wherever possible to support Kent
producers.
Try the Loin of Venison with a Cèpes Purée and White
Asparagus Spears, or indulge yourself with the Côte de
Boeuf with Pont Neuf Potatoes, Grilled Mushroom and
Tomato Red Wine Jus, Béarnaise Sauce, Watercress
and Rocket Salad. For ?sh lovers enjoy the South
Coast Fillet of Brill on Crushed Ratte Potatoes, Peas,
Broad Beans and Asparagus. We source the best local
and seasonal ?sh from the Kent Coast.

The Pavilion Restaurant
The Pavilion Restaurant and Bar is our more informal
dining venue and is ideal for families and groups of
friends or colleagues.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 8.00am to
9.30pm (last orders) and also offers al fresco dining.
Sundays during the winter months have a lunchtime
carvery. The menu is varied and offers a selection of
lighter meals and hearty main courses or guests can
just choose to have Morning Coffee or Afternoon Tea
with scones and preserves. There is also a Children’s

Starters from the A la Carte menu now include Pan
Seared Scallops with a Lemon and Garlic Purée as well
as Foie Gras Terrine. A truly mouth watering

The Lemon Posset with Raspberries Raspberry Jelly
