Lunetta Blouse,
£68, Phase Eight
Wine Tote Bag, £129,
Dickins and Jones,
House of Fraser
and Phase Eight. I find them so versatile, which is
great as I can dress them up or down depending on
what meetings I’ve got on certain days.
The kids get new school bags at the start of term, so I
conveniently decided I also needed a new one (Dom
was less than impressed!). I always find it such a struggle
choosing something that looks great but is also practical
and not too big. If I get the big tote ones, I just fill them
up and end up giving myself tennis elbow carrying it
around! I tried so many styles but settled on this from
Dickins and Jones, House of Fraser. It feels very Carrie
Bradshaw if I do say so myself.
I think Dom’s as nervous as I am about me going back
to work, although, knowing him he’s probably just
panicking he’ll have to start doing some housework
again! But he’s been such a sweetheart and booked
me in at Clarins to have a facial the weekend before
I start; I can’t wait! There’s nothing better than feeling
relaxed and rejuvenated before a big day.
Wish me luck! Let’s hope they’re nice and I don’t have
to do a Lindsey Lohan in Mean Girls and eat my lunch
in the loos!
