Charlotte, a qualified personal trainer and coach specialising in Metafit and MetaPWR, combines her extensive experience in CrossFit and Olympic lifting with a commitment to fostering a supportive fitness community. A dedicated mother, she has skilfully balanced her personal and professional life in the fitness realm.

First beginning her journey in the Middle East in 2011, she established her first gym, Top to Toe Fitness, at Macknade in Faversham in 2021. This year marks an exciting new chapter with the launch of her second location, Top to Toe Fitness Canterbury.
Situated at Canterbury Rugby Club, this new space will expand her successful approach of one-on-one and small group classes. Additionally, Charlotte has completed a course focused on training women through all stages of life. She now offers small workshops designed for individuals at all stages of life, emphasising that fitness isn ' t just about one aspect; it ' s about embracing the whole you!
