Clementine Pisco Sour

Recipe by: Maldon Salt
Serves: 1 Prep: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 15ml lemon juice
• 50ml Pisco
• Pinch of Maldon Original Sea Salt
• 15ml egg white
• 30ml freshly squeezed clementine juice
• Ice cubes
• Wheel of clementine
Garnish:
• A few fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds
• 1 sprig of rosemary
Method:
1. Place the sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker along with the lemon juice, pisco, Maldon Sea Salt, egg white and clementine juice.
2. Add some ice to the cocktail shaker, close firmly and shake well for 30 seconds.
3. Strain this into your Martini or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a wheel of clementine, a sprig of rosemary and some pomegranate seeds( optional).

Maple White Russian

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
• 100ml vodka
• 100ml Tia Maria coffee liqueur
• 50ml maple syrup
• 120ml Glebe Farm PureOaty Barista oat drink
• Pinch of salt
• Ice
For the maple cinnamon rim:
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp caster sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Pour the maple syrup onto a plate. In a bowl, mix the caster sugar and cinnamon together. Dip the rim of each glass into the maple syrup, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture and set aside.
2. Next, add the vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, PureOaty Barista oat drink, a pinch of salt and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
3. Fill the prepared glasses with ice and pour the drink evenly between the four glasses.

The Winter Serve

Recipe by: Mermaid Gin
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
• 50ml Mermaid Winter Gin
• Splash Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic Water
• Ice
Garnish:
• Dehydrated orange wheel
• 1 sprig of rosemary
Method:
1. Add your Mermaid Gin measure to a glass, add ice and add a splash of tonic.
2. Garnish with your orange and rosemary and serve.
