Cranberry Caipirinha

Ingredients :
• 60ml Penrhoss Blueberry Liqueur
• Juice of 1 clementine
• 1 tsp runny honey
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 cloves
• Orange slices
Method :
1 . Pour the Blueberry Liqueur and clementine juice into a heatproof mug .
2 . Stir in the honey to dissolve it and pop in the cinnamon stick .
3 . Stick the cloves into the orange slices and pop in the mug .
4 . Top up with just boiled water , stirring a few times with the cinnamon stick to mix .

Cranberry Caipirinha

Ingredients
• 40g cranberries
• ½ fresh lime , cut into quarters
• 2 heaped tsp light brown sugar
• 50ml Abelha Cachaça Silver
• Ice cubes
Method :
1 . Add the cranberries , lime quarters and the light brown sugar to a cocktail shaker or large glass and muddle well .
2 . Strain into a rocks glass and then fill it with ice .
3 . Add in the Abelha Cachaça Silver and stir gently .
4 . Garnish with a sprig of rosemary .
