Ingredients :

For the burgers :
• 500g high-quality minced beef
• 1 small onion , finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil for frying
For the burger assembly :
• 4 burger buns
• Lettuce leaves
• Sliced tomatoes
• Sliced red onions
• Sliced cheese ( optional )
• A Little Bit Rosemary and Tomato Ketchup

Method :
Prepare the burger patties :
1 . In a large mixing bowl , combine the minced beef , chopped onion , minced garlic , chopped parsley and chopped thyme .
2 . Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste .
3 . Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined .
4 . Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties .
Cook the burger patties :
1 . Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat .
2 . Once the pan is hot , add the burger patties and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on each side , or until they are cooked to your desired taste .
3 . If using cheese , place a slice on top of each burger patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt .
Assemble the burgers :
1 . Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired .
2 . Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun , followed by a burger patty .
3 . Top each patty with sliced tomatoes and red onions .
4 . If using cheese , place the melted cheese on top of the onions .
5 . Generously drizzle A Little Bit Rosemary and Tomato Ketchup over the toppings .
6 . Place the top half of the bun over the toppings to complete the burgers .
Serve and enjoy :
