THE IVY UNVEILS A CULINARY TIME CAPSULE WITH 1917 CAMPAIGN
Launched in the new year and running until 9 February from 11.30am until close , guests at The Ivy Royal Tunbridge Wells ( and London !) have been invited to step back in time to the enchanting ambience of 1917 to discover a limited-edition £ 19.17 two-course set menu which unlocks a time capsule of flavours that have graced tables at The Ivy for over a century , as well as favourite dishes created to cater for all tastes throughout the restaurant ’ s history .
Showcasing Ivy favourite - their iconic shepherd ’ s pie - alongside starters including velvety duck liver parfait and desserts such as frozen berries with yoghurt sorbet and white chocolate sauce , guests also have the option to complement their meals with an exclusive cocktail from the menu crafted in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire and St-Germain , and inspired by notable individuals from the roaring 20s .

The White Hart , Westerham , has undergone a significant investment that has given the much-loved eating and drinking spot a spectacular new look and ultra-stylish feel .
Boasting a menu of pub classics with a modern twist , with seasonal daily specials including tempting plates of king prawns with chilli and feta , rotisserie pork belly and chipotle sticky chicken , as well as an extensive wine list and range of hand-crafted cocktails , The White Hart , led by head chef Christophe Pierrard who has been with the pub for 10 years , is promising guests an exciting social dining and drinking experience as it celebrates its reopening .
