Nick has over 40 years ’ experience in the hospitality business , and is himself an experienced chef , opening many restaurants during that time . Nick ’ s flag ship restaurants are Cyprianis Mediterranean Bar and Grill currently located in Locksbottom and Petts Wood .
You can call and order your fish in advance for it to be packed , prepared and ready to cook along with cooking advice from Nick himself . By evening The Fish Club turns into a fine dining fish restaurant , offering mouthwatering dishes ranging from oysters , caviar , lobster and fresh fish . Straight from their display , to the kitchen where it is exquisitely prepared and ready for you to enjoy !
Nick ’ s ever evolving mind to bring new concepts and visions to his customers saw him open Nicholas James of Locksbottom , a butchers , delicatessen and wine shop . He noticed that a fish market was greatly lacking in the local area .
The Fish Club was born out of Nick ’ s desire to deliver his customers with a fresh fish display that they can buy directly ( soon to be online ).
