Their artisan burgers were inspired after a trip to New York , which set the ‘ gold standard ’ for their own artisan burgers . All of their recipes come with a memory attached and are thoroughly researched and tested by the whole family before they make it onto the SMOQE menu . From achieving the right mix of prime beef cuts in their patties to perfecting the method of how the meat is cooked : ‘ if they don ' t recreate the memories , they don ' t make the cut .’
