The suitable candidates will be enthusiastic , a confident public speaker and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service . A knowledge of wine would be an advantage , although full training will be provided . The role involves some weekend and evening work and occasional heavy lifting . Previous experience in either retail , hospitality , or tourism is preferred , however , your sparkling personality , an eye for detail and an obsession about delighting customers is much more important to us .
