Sam ’ s advice to other women in business :
Always believe in yourself and your ability , and always support other women on their journey to success too . Women far too often fall victim to imposter syndrome or sit back and see others take recognition for our ideas or success . While the ‘ risk factor ’ of a decision , new business idea , or shift of career may be scary , it is always better to regret something you have done rather than something you have not !
