And success has always been parallel with wealth rather than accomplishment and pride , and let ' s not get into multi-tasking ... Well , fellow disruptors , creatives , leaders and challengers , I am proud not only of being a challenging , communication-driven leader , but also of leading a female-forward organisation and of offering a voice for other women to share their own stories , build their own brand and harness their own success , such as in this month ’ s special feature .
Best known for publishing this very magazine , Sideways Media , founded in 2010 by Adam Ready , proudly now boasts a group of dynamic , creative and successful women who lead all managerial positions across the company .
I am so proud to be the MD of Sideways Media , our award-winning media , publishing , marketing and PR company based in Ashford , as well as operating as editor-in-chief across all of our titles , using this privileged position to create a platform for other Kentish small businesses and women in business to showcase their passion , ambition and success . Alongside this I am a staunch advocate of promoting opportunities for women which I have championed alongside creating opportunities for young people in the creative sectors for the last 15 years .

Contract publishing - including our quarterly magazine , A Kentish Ceremony on behalf of Kent County Council , and titles such as Golf in Kent and Must Visit Kent for Visit Kent .
Creative design - including advertisement design , branding and website design .
SidewaysPR & Marketing - our full service marcomms agency working on behalf of a variety of local businesses managing PR , marcomms , social media and events across lifestyle , hospitality , food & drink and tourism sectors .
