I worked with world-leading Swiss scientists to help finalise our formulations . Where they differ is the bespoke list of vitamins and minerals that help support those therapeutic areas . Our Good Day product contains 12 essential vitamins and minerals , and Good Night contains seven . For example , our Good Day product contains all the major B vitamins which are great for improving psychological function .
