Ceremony
Capturing the ceremony is important , as it ’ s the most significant part of your big day . Speak with the registrar , or the person marrying you , and make your photographer aware of any restrictions . If there are restrictions , they can think of alternatives such as staging the signing of the register .
‘ We ’ re Just Married ’ Shots
Walking up the aisle and leaving the venue married are all those precious ‘ we are just married shots ’. It ’ s also lovely to have candid shots of guests congratulating the happy couple .
Confetti Throwing
Everyone loves a confetti shot , and , more often than not , they can be some of the most beautiful of the day .
Tables and Cake
You don ’ t want to forget the effort that you put into making your wedding tables gorgeous and the beautiful cake which will now have been gobbled up .
Group Shots
Not everyone likes the ‘ posed ’ shot , but it is advised to make a list of group shots that you would like on the day , that way you ’ ll ensure that everyone is captured .
Speeches
Laughing . Crying . And laughing some more ; photos of the speeches will be ones to remember for a long time to come .
First Dance
It ’ s obvious , the first dance , and everyone else dancing - always makes for great shots .
Cutting of the Cake
The cake cutting is one of the most significant parts of the wedding reception , so it ’ s important it ’ s captured on camera .
Golden Hour
Probably one of the most magical moments of the day , try and make time for breathtaking shots beneath the sunset , you seriously won ’ t regret it !
