Sat atop the highest point on the 200-acre site , the clubhouse at Chart Hills has been completely renovated during the past 18 months , following the purchase of the club by Ramac Holdings in December 2019 . Now boasting a luxurious feel , Chart Hills has a number of unique hosting spaces that are perfectly suited to your special day , whether it be a wedding , function , Christening , party , wake , or conference .
The main event hosting space at Chart Hills Golf Club is The Ballroom . With a monochrome design and a glamorous feel , this modern events space provides the ideal setting for a raft of special occasions . The room is complete with its own private bar , an integrated DJ booth , a premium lighting system , multiple widescreen televisions , a stage , and space to host up to 120 seated guests . The Ballroom also benefits from its own washrooms , adding to the private feel , as well as a large outdoor terrace with space for up to eight tables , and a built-in BBQ unit that is perfect for warm summer evenings .
In addition to The Ballroom , Chart Hills benefits from a spacious dining area – an ideal setting to relax and enjoy a carefully prepared evening meal . Enclosed for privacy , the dining room has a homely feel , with a warm décor and large fireplace as the centrepiece . It also has a private bar , ensuring that service is seamless , and is available for private hire with advanced booking .
Throughout the year , the dining room also plays host to a number of special gastronomy evenings . With one-off menus designed by head chef , Jason Wearn , these popular gastronomy evenings display the very best of local Kent produce . All evenings are open to booking by the public , and information on each will be published on the club ’ s social media channels .
Completing the function space offering at Chart Hills is an all-new conference room , perfect for hosting private meetings and presentations . Capable of housing up to 12 people , the room consists of a large , boardroom style table and widescreen television for presenting .
Providing prospective customers with an opportunity to explore the full array of events spaces on offer at Chart Hills , the club will be hosting an Events Open Day on Sunday 24th April . Free to attend , the open day will run from 12pm – 3pm , and the team at Chart Hills would like to invite all those interested in hosting an event or planning a celebration to come along to find out more about the spaces on offer .
