Crumbs ! There ’ s no denying the Espresso Martini is our all-time favourite cocktail . But this festive twist might just make it even more delicious than the classic … Behold , the Gingerbread Espresso Martini .
Ingredients :
• 50ml espresso
• 45ml vodka
• 35ml coffee liqueur
• 10ml gingerbread syrup
Method :
1 . Shake the ingredients together with ice , and enjoy .

The pineapple elixir and dark chocolate liqueur blend deliciously to create a decadent cocktail .
Ingredients :
• 40ml pineapple elixir
• 15ml Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
• 15ml coconut cream
• 2.5ml simple syrup
• 10ml egg white
• Grated nutmeg to garnish
Method : 1 . Add plenty of ice to a shaker . 2 . Then add all of the ingredients to the shaker . 3 . Shake vigorously for 10 seconds or until frothy . 4 . Double strain into a Champagne coupe .
5 . Grate fresh nutmeg over the top as a garnish and serve .
