A sweet , rich and simply delicious cocktail Ingredients :
• 200ml cherry juice
• 50ml Kentucky bourbon or whisky
• 15ml lemon juice
• 1 jar Opies Black Cherries with Kirsch
• Lime peel twist to serve
Method :
1 . Pour cherry juice , bourbon / whisky , lemon juice and 2 tbsp of juice from the jar of Opies Black Cherry with Kirsch into a jam jar or glass and mix .
2 . Thread three black cherries from the jar onto a cocktail stick , then wrap the lime peel twist around the cherris , rest on top of the glass and serve .

Ingredients :
• 75ml double cream
• 25ml milk
• 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder
• 50ml Copper Rivet Vela Vodka
• 50ml coffee liqueur
• Whipped cream
• Large marshmallow
Method :
1 . Firstly make a chocolate cream : into your cocktail shaker add double cream , milk and chocolate powder , mix until the chocolate powder has dispersed .
2 . Now add in your vodka and coffee liqueur . Fill your shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds .
3 . Into a glass add more ice and then strain over your cocktail .
4 . Garnish with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow .
