Designed by renowned architect Sir Edwin Cooper in 1922 , the stunning Beaux-Arts style building , with its statement Old Father Thames sculpture , was constructed for a then-astronomical cost of nearly £ 1million . Fast-forward to 2010 and six-months of planning permission later , and the Reignwood group commenced its six-year , multimillion renovation and restoration project . Preserving and restoring many original features , including a team of stonerestoration experts who spent years on the exterior stonework and carvings , the project brought new life to the original plasterwork , wood carvings , marble floors , and the soaring grand staircase .
Today , once again , Ten Trinity Square stands as one of London ’ s most desirable addresses in the capital , and the real jewel in its crown are its residences .
