Make your way to the internationally renowned local Faversham Hop Festival. Recognised as a community-driven event, celebrating all things hops, harvest and the very best of Faversham, the event is tailored to be family-friendly, with live entertainment including festival parades, morris dancers and performances on the Market Place Stage. There will be a number of food and drink stalls, with dedicated ale and cider bars.

HOSPICE RUN 2026 Lower Common Cricket Ground, Tunbridge Wells
Join the Hospice in the Weald to celebrate 20 years of Hospice Run Together. You can choose your challenge, so whether you want to join the 5k, 10k or half marathon, you can take part in a community-led event with like-minded people. At the finish line, you will receive a beautifully crafted medal for your achievement. Each runner is asked to raise £ 100 for the hospice.

WYE CROWN SUNRISE WALK Boots on Adventures, Wye
Embark on an early morning walk through the Kentish countryside and witness the sunrise across the North Downs from one of Kent’ s most iconic viewpoints: Wye Crown. Starting in the early hours from Wye village, the guided walk will follow a newly resurfaced track, making a comfortable climb to the top. The walk then continues along quiet footpaths, circling back round to the village.

Join this five-day beginners’ throwing course, where students will be guided through the fundamental principles behind crafting simple cylinder and bowl forms. Under the guided hands of Francis Lloyd Jones, a skilled potter who crafts domestic objects made for use, using stoneware clays and salt glazes, each student will have their own wheel and will receive plenty of attention, with one-to-one time with Francis across the course.
