the
“Turkish
cave”
his is a great one for kids. Rent a pedalo or canoe from Stoupa beach and set off
for Kalogria beach (or vice versa). About half way there you can steer your vessel
into the cave known locally (although no-one seems to know why) as “Τουρκοσπηλια”
and then dive into the natural spring water bubbling just outside the entrance- 28
metres deep and just eleven degrees! Refer to the map of Stoupa.
