The collection will be presented on social media platforms such as: Instagram and Facebook. This will allow our customers to be able to connect with us multiple ways and will ensure that we are covering all areas of social media, as this is the most cost effective way to promote our brand, as it is free so I feel that this should be used to its full advantage.

When visiting the Sister Angel website there will be a optional subscription box for our customers to sign up to. This will allow us to evaluate how popular our website is as well as how loyal our customers are. If the customer spends £100 within three months of signing up with us we will give them free delivery for the rest of the year, this is just an example of what we can offer our loyal customers. The more loyal our customers are then the more exclusive promotional offers that they will receive.

As well as using emails as a method to determine who our loyal shoppers are we will also be regularly emailing our

customers to notify them

of new collections, edits

and promotional offers that

we have to offer.

Our snap chat geo-filter will be able to be used on the week of our event so will begin on the Monday 28th January.

The filter will be able to be used when people are within the Kings Road area and other borough within a mile radius.

The good thing about the filter is that we can build our profile with the trending hashtag new customers will be able to find us on social media platforms and may even attend the event.

A trending hash tag ‘#sisterangel’ will be used to support the new collection. Various hash tags will be used for competitions to receive various SA items and for exclusive access to our opening party, where they can meet our SA girls (influencers). This will promote the new collection and encourage a hype.
