MEASURING SUCCESS
We will be measuring the amount of internet activity, by doing this we will be reviewing all of the activity on our social media accounts and website to see how many views we have weekly and monthly.
As well as measuring the activity we will also be comparing the amount of internet activity that we had before our Pop-up event. This will allow us to measure the success of our Pop-up event.
We will also review the trending hash tag: #sisterangel and #SAgetyourwings (Competition).
We will be offering a range of promotional offers, especially for occasions like Valentines Day, we will measure the amount of sales to establish whether promotional offers are beneficial.

To measure the amount of people that have attended our pop-up event we will be using our interactive board to measure the amount of people nnnnnnnnnnnnnn surrounding tnnnnnnnnnnnnnn this area of nnnnnnnnnnnnn the day. Another way that we can measure the event is by the amount of invites that we sent out via email. We can use the figures of how many invites were sent out to the amount of people that attended. We will keep this record for any future events.
Footfall
consumer likes we will be allowing all customers to post their live feedback under our products on our website. In order for us to improve our future collections it is crucial to understand what our consumer likes.
Another way that we can establish a best seller is by measuring how fast the product sells, any product that sells in a rapid time frame. We have predicted the amount of target sales for March 2019 for each product category.

If our new SS19 collection nnnnnn does not perform as nnnnnn expected they will not go nnnnnn straight into decline, so nnnnnn instead we will be raise nnnnn awareness by collaborating with influencers to engage our consumer and to create a buzz. This is also one of the most cost efficient ways to promote our brand.
Another way that we can improve our sales could be potentially to stock within a boutique, this will allow the garments to be seen in different locations to build our customer base and will also allow much more exposure as Sister Angel only sells online.
