These are scientists who study insects, but I fell in love with history and maps and haven’t looked back! What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?- The soundtrack for my life is probably filled with stuff by Fleet Foxes, Iron and Wine, and various other hipster bands. If you won a million dollars, what would you do with the money?- I would pay off my student loans, then buy a house. I would probably then stash the rest of the money for grad school and an eventual Ph.D. If there is any money left after that, and I suppose that’s a big if, I’d probably just throw it on the stock market investing in 3D printing and other various medical technologies. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?- I would probably ask to learn something really important for mankind. Something like how to break the light barrier or how to contact other life out in the universe. I think these are the greatest questions of our current age. What is your all-time favorite movie?- The Shawshank Redemption. It’s good every time I watch it. What was your favorite childhood cereal?- I never ate cereal as a kid; my family never bought it. Captain Crunch is pretty awesome though, and I ate a bunch of that when I was coming to ODU as a student! 10
