Renowned artist NOEL SKIBA has created a collection of
artwork that centers around impressionistic paintings of
Mackinac that are spirited and colorful. Noel is an award
winning artist who loves to paint. The 4-time Mackinac
Island Lilac Festival poster winner also offers art experi-
ence classes and can frequently be found painting plein-
air around the Island or in her two studios. On the water-

MARY LOU PETERS is another wonderfully talented art-
ist with a beautiful collection of Mackinac scenes captur-
ing the fun complexion of the Island in watercolors. She’s

to common themes using watercolor with pen and ink.
