The menu changes every day and all the food is created in house. Guests like the idea of eating the Pacific Northwest foods. The chefs make a meat course, egg course, frappe, cheese, sweet bread, fruit, seafood course, and the orange bread is a favorite. The guests are happy to have these food choices every morning. Artisan cheeses are always included in the different seven course meals. Their cookbook,"-The Lighthouse Breakfast Cookbook," was published in 2009 by the chefs, Mike and Carol Krogan.
The 1894 Heceta Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast is a restored Queen Anne style house with original antique furnishings that guests admire and enjoy all year long!
