8. Neznan: learnt that in corporate sector people from on shore and off shore companies are brought to
the hospital every 3 months for
their medical checkup.
9. Tapasya: learnt about different
types of fire extinguishers and
how to use them in emergency
cases. Learnt how larger lifts are
used in order to help patients be
transported from floor to floor.
10. Ritwik: learnt that in IP,
patients that are in critical
conditions stay overnight in this
hospital. There are hourly
checkups done and the management of quality comes to do a check on all the patients in IP once a day.
11. Arjun: learnt how to assist customers and get their
feedback on how to improve the hospital.
12. Amr: learnt the process of how the hospital runs
by different departments. Learned how to check
customer details and insurance cards in order to
provide them with the correct prescribed medicines.
13. Makrand: This internship allowed me to
understand the internal processes and allowed me to
get a better overview of the system. I learnt how to
deal with the patients and help them with the
problems they have.
14. Mayurah: learnt how the hospital works by different people and the methods of making it a comfortable
and welcoming place for patients.
15. Pavan: learnt what actually happens behind the scenes in a business including the operations, human
resource management and quality control.
16. Urooj: I've gained more confidence, learned communication skills that have been improved and I've
learnt more about medical science. I've also leant how to put myself in different situations and handle
them more professionally.
17. Sadaf: learnt how the ER is operated and the flow of the ER. Have experienced how to give CPR and
gained knowledge of how to handle situations in the emergency department. I learned how to check if a
patient has a sore throat as well as how to take vitals. Overall I have experienced a lot in this internship
and it was a great opportunity for students like us to enhance our knowledge, learn new things and get to
choose our career wisely based on how work is done in reality.
