1.2.4 Encourage and support centre staff and families to host their own events and participate in external events to recognise and celebrate NRW each year .
1.2.5 Extend an invitation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to attend the Central Office internal event and share their reconciliation experiences or stories .
1.3 Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples , communities and organisations to support positive outcomes
1.2.6 Download and circulate Reconciliation Australia ’ s NRW resources to staff .
1.3.1 Develop and implement an engagement plan to work with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders .
1.3.2 Meet with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations to develop guiding principles for future engagement .
1.3.3 Explore and commit to establishing formal two-way partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders or organisations relevant to our sphere of influence .
1.3.4 Seek feedback from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders on their engagement with KU and implement any suggestions to further improve collaborative partnerships and achieve desired outcomes .
