Introduction
The Institute of Teaching & Learning at Sevenoaks School plays a vital role , ensuring that our teachers are supported in their professional learning and encouraged to reflect on their craft . A culture of reflective practitioners ultimately benefits each one of our students every day , as enlightened teachers deliver inspiring and effective lessons .
The focus upon wellbeing and flourishing in this year ’ s edition of Innovate is a particular highlight , and the work of our authors reflect their creativity and productivity during a difficult year . Furthermore , the inclusion of our first student article , outlining their important contribution to the project , is illustrative of our collaborative approach . We are delighted that staff here develop best practice alongside students , providing an opportunity for our young learners to engage with topical research questions .
