Are You Making Progress with Psychotherapist
One of the main goals of psychotherapy is to couch you on how to help
yourself so that you don’t have to attend therapy sessions—at least for
longer than necessary. So, if you don’t have problems that require
ongoing therapy, you should figure out when you have made enough
progress to move on. The moment you’ve made the changes that you
were set to make, both you and your psychotherapist should reflect and
see if it is the right time to end the psychotherapy session.
