The ritualistic raising of placards is replaced with global espionage, high tempo decision making, and incessant debates, all aimed at the ideological adversary, whose actions have immediate consequences on the nature of crisis. Thanks to Acadmium, NMIMS Hyderabad got a taste of this event. It kicked off with an inaugural function followed by Lighting of Lamp by the Chief Guest – Mr. Harprit Singh, Director Prithvi Yadav, Dr. Karunakar, Prof. Swamy, and the Cabinet Chairs. Mr. Singh who is an IAS officer and Department Secretary at PDS, spoke extensively on the History of the Kashmir issue and shed some light on the current disputes. As it is rightly said in a crisis, one must not contain himself. The students Social Responsibility Commi ee, Nishchay, never hesitates to extend their helpful hands to the ones in need. Recently, life came to a halt in Chennai when it got hit by a massive flood. The whole country came to the rescue of the people affected by this calamity. Nishchay didn't shy away from helping the victims of this catastrophe and organised a drive to collect funds from all students willing to contribute to this noble cause. 44
