Should We Be Expecting New Music From Any of the Bands Playing at Monumentour?

As we slowly but surely enter the month of June, Monumentour approaches. Monumentour is an upcoming concert tour with forty three scheduled dates between June and August, headlining rock bands Fall Out Boy and Paramore, as well as alternative band New Politics. As most already know, Fall Out Boy made the notorious comeback with their new album, "Save Rock and Roll," released early last year, on April 12th. Paramore released their self-titled album on April 5, 2013 and New Politics released "A Bad Girl In Harlem," on May 17, 2013. All of which are now more than a year old. So the question is, should we be expecting new material? It is quite possible that at least one of the bands taking part in this monstrosity of a summer tour will be sharing some new material with us in the coming weeks to play live for fans. Fall Out Boy

prepared and released their new song and album at the same time they announced their comeback. So what would hold them or Paramore and New Politics back from surprising fans once again? The tour itself was a bit of a surprise, especially considering that Fall Out Boy just took part in two tours, one of which was with New Politics. New Politics just had the world tour for their album too, same thing for Paramore. So for these bands to announce this tour was a bit spontaneous and unexpected. And why announce a tour like Monumentour and not have something special hidden up your sleeve? Be prepared, listeners.
