In addition , the knowledge vault also houses a comprehensive collection of office standard documents that are related and can be used or referred to when carrying out engineering works . These encompass a wide range of materials , including corporate policies , operating flow charts ( OFC ), procedures , best practices , and guidelines that promote consistency , efficiency , and compliance throughout the whole firm . Having access to this invaluable repository ensures that everyone operates with a unified approach and adheres to the highest standards of quality and professionalism . At the heart of the firm , the Knowledge Vault embodies the commitment to continuous learning , exploration , and the pursuit of excellence .
Figure 4 shows an example of a Cloud website that is only accessible by the in-house staff for knowledge management and operation .
