MOH engineering team who procured some high-end medical devices for radiology
in the established healthcare engineering policy ( refer to Figure 13 ).
Project Outcome & Conclusion
Engineering is always governed by laws for a wide range of circumstances , including the installation of medical devices . It must also abide by the relevant laws and regulations as it is subject to Government and public trust . The qualifications and experience of this profession are regulated by an Engineering Board ( BEM ), and engineers are subject to disciplinary measures for professional misconduct or negligence , such as fines or suspension of license .
The delivery of high-end devices for the radiology department commonly accelerates in response to the increased demand for the needs of the patients . Nonetheless , the intricacies of the entire procedure remain unchanged , and it is impossible to compromise the legal requirements . Healthcare engineers are no longer “ the hidden figures ”; instead , they play a crucial role in radiology by preserving the professionalism and accountability of “ Professional Engineering Services ” and “ Engineering Works ” for the betterment of healthcare services .
