1 Minimise the sub-contractor package or breakdown scope of work e . g . bearing node , component , sub-component , thus reducing logistic for inspection and better quality control .
2 Minimise the shop drawing revision due to IFC revision . 3 Faster distribution of the shop drawing revision and site engineer support for resolution .
4 Pre Inspection Meeting ( PIM ) or KOM to be recorded for all sub-contractors prior to commencement of work . Compliance on project requirements such as HSE , Quality , Progress to be implemented according to the contract .
5 Load out , sea fastening and others project requirements to be complied as per project specification .
6 Work carry over list from sub-contractor to be established prior to delivery to the main shipyard .
7 To carry out sub-contractor construction readiness audit ( rating method ) and ensure that they have a good track record and work experience at the main shipyard .
8 The proposed sub-contractor list and plan on the main shipyard shall be approved by client / owner prior to commencement of fabrication work .

1 Carry-over work list from module on-ground erection to be minimal and should maximise module completion prior to modules delivery .

3 Site Integration Phase - construction facilities such as laydown area , temporary power , water usage for hydrotest , tower crane , crane availability and movement , accessibility , scaffolding management etc . to be established as early as possible via constructability review and study .
4 Early concept of PTW systems and implementation of construction and commissioning interface control and alignment to be established as required .
5 Partial handover concept such as system handover and line-up the system due to SIMOP work activities among construction and pre-comm . and commissioning team at site .
