Helps the project engineers inspect the workshop containers ensuring they contain all the system spares .
4 . Base technicians ’ team and engineers : a . Help the project engineers prepare all load out items . b . Help the project engineers with system maintenance prior to the system audit . c . Ensure all systems are functioning to specification and are tidy and clean .

d . Help the project engineers and the tools contractor to perform a bench test .
SECOND PHASE The ROV system technicians and base technicians , and project engineers normally reach the port three days before sailing to the project site . By this time , the ROV should already be onboard the vessel / oil rig with all necessary sea fastenings completed by the vessel contractor .
