Gut health is something that influences every person . It influences mood , immunity , women ' s health , weight loss , satiety , hormones … Every area of practice a dietitian works in , there ' s a digestive component . We can build elements of gut health into every client consult .
What are the best ways dietitians can position and promote themselves as experts in the gut health space ?
I think social media is key . You need to keep talking about gut health on social media , whether you ' re talking about your own journey , the latest research , a cool podcast you listened to , a tip for improving gut health … just talk about it constantly . The more we talk about it , the more we will position ourselves as the experts in the gut health space .
