RAPTOR is a device designed to clean the top surface of the
RPV flange from the sediments of O-rings. It moves along the
flange without operator intervention and cleans the surface
with the polishing tool. The cleaning is performed while the
water is still in the cavity in order to reduce a dose rate. The
entire operation is controlled by a PC or remote pendant.
