If you could ‘live in a book’ which one would you choose and why?
If living in a book means to just visit - to observe and not stay - I would choose Simon Scarrow’s Roman Legion series because I am captivated by the might of ancient Rome - the development of the empire - and its fall.
If I have to remain within the books, then it would be “Star Trek into Darkness” by Alan Dean Foster. I would immediately enroll into the Academy (Star Fleet for non-Trekkers), become a commissioned officer, and eventually receive my own command on the USS Enterprise.
What are your main interests outside of being an author?
In addition to traveling, I am a staunch supporter of my grandchildren’s activities. Alex plays baseball, football, basketball and runs track. Ana is a talented dancer and competes with her dance company. Addy has expressed an interest in soccer.
I have been fortunate to have visited the U.K., Ireland, Italy and Greece. There are many more countries on my bucket list, but visiting Concordia’s locations (The Briton and the Dane: Concordia) in Spain (Málaga, Marbella and Valencia) is at the top.
