Vertical metal cladding gives the building a crisp, contemporary identity, contrasting beautifully with warm timber ceiling finishes that soften the interior spaces. Together, these materials provide durability while requiring minimal maintenance.

The interior palette follows the same philosophy. Exposed concrete walls, natural timber ceilings, bespoke cabinetry, and carefully selected finishes create an understated elegance where the landscape remains the focal point. Every room has been designed to maximise natural light, thermal comfort, and visual connection to the environment.
Energy efficiency and environmental responsibility were key considerations throughout the project. Building orientation was planned to optimise passive solar performance while reducing heating and cooling demands. Deep overhangs provide shade during warmer months, while generous glazing captures winter sunlight. Durable materials with long service lives further contribute to the development’ s sustainability credentials.
