When Luzanne Fouché casually uttered the now-famous sentence,“ Kyk wat doen‘ n blazer,” she could hardly have imagined it would become part of South Africa’ s everyday vocabulary.
Yet here we are.
South Africans have embraced her blazer challenge with the kind of enthusiasm that few trends ever achieve. What began as a playful social media moment has become a celebration of confidence, reinvention, and small changes that can help a woman feel ready to face the world.
Behind the laughs, transformations, viral videos, and more than 40 blazers lies a deeper story. For Luzanne, the blazer was never just about fashion. When asked what went through her mind as the trend exploded online, her answer is surprisingly heartfelt.
