ARE YOU A FIVE-STAR HOTEL TRAVELLER OR A“ GIVE ME A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND I’ M HAPPY” KIND OF GIRL? I’ m both. I enjoy having the option, provided it’ s clean. I’ m always game.
My preference is always exploring the culture and the people of where I travel to. The tourist attractions are second on my list. I’ ve often ended up having lunches and dinners at locals’ homes, getting to know their families and friends. I love the wonder travel provides.
IF MONEY AND TIME WERE NO ISSUE, WHERE WOULD YOU DISAPPEAR TO TOMORROW? I’ d be living in a beautiful beach cottage and commuting to work when needed. I like simplicity, ease of life, and peace. I am a lot more grounded near the ocean. I wouldn’ t stop working, however. I really do love what I do.
WHAT’ S YOUR BIGGEST TRAVEL MUST-HAVE? My phone.
WHAT’ S ONE BEAUTY OR WELLNESS RITUAL YOU SWEAR BY? Hydration, hydration, and hydration! My wellbeing is an inside-out job. I’ m intentional about selfreflection and growth, and exploring what else may be possible.
WHAT’ S SOMETHING PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO LEARN ABOUT YOU? I love cooking and am a bit of a neat freak. I absolutely am a couch potato. I love Korean shows and food.
FINALLY, WHAT’ S NEXT FOR LORCIA, AND WHAT DREAM ARE YOU STILL CHASING? I prefer not viewing anything from the“ chasing” point of view. I prefer positioning myself with what aligns rather than chasing. God knows all and what’ s best for me, so instead of going off on my own steam, I take time to pray and listen.
