We had a lot of fun learning to make a fall wreath, and the final products
were as unique as our talented crafters!
Penn State Master
Gardener Joan Kugler
visited us twice this
fall and gave excellent
presentations on
planting bulbs for
year round use and
choosing herbs for
growing both inside
and outdoors.
In a large bowl, add salad mix. Top with turkey, apples, celery,
grapes and nuts. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayo and
honey. Whisk well. Place a blend of salad on six plates and
drizzle with dressing.
Note: If dressing is too sweet add a pinch of black pepper,
white pepper or a slight dash of cayenne pepper.
