Tuesday morning for pre-school children- 10 to 11 a. m. Thursday morning for children K-5 10 to 11:15 a. m. Tuesday afternoon Tweens / Teens 6th to 12th- 11:30 a. m.-12:30 p. m.
Signups begin June 1 at the Library.
Our exciting reading program includes“ Hands on Building” themes about Great Buildings of the Past, Present and Future, Sharing Foods from Different Cultures and Staying Green in 2017.
Special guests will be Home Depot, the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Author Karen Howell,“ Y on the Fly” and more!

Welcome to the Odyssey A Multi-Generational Writing Workshop Mondays, April 3, 10, 17, 24 Tuition is $ 12 for the four weeks or WALK-INS Welcome for $ 3 6:30 to 8:30 p. m. Instructor: Diane Hughes Registration is required by March 25.
This multi-generational creative writing workshop is open to middle and high school students and adults. Students will enjoy experiencing the differences in the writing styles of their parents and grandparents. Snacks and drinks will be served at each session. Bring a pen and pencil.

Teen yoga classes help cultivate selfdiscipline, promote self-esteem, and maintain physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Each class will focus on strengthening, toning and relaxation providing teenagers with a healthy and challenging way to direct their energy. This class will also be great for athletes who need stretches, strengthening and breathing work to enhance athletic performance and decrease injuries.
Yoga for Kids in Grades 1 to 5 Saturday mornings – April 8, 22, May 6, 13 11 a. m. to 12 Noon Tuition $ 10 for four classes Registration is required by April 1
This class is tailored for children, and yoga essentials are incorporated to encourage healthy habits, concentration and memory, limber bodies and sleepfilled nights. This class offers children a freedom for curriculum and competition where creativity and confidence can flourish.
