CLASSROOM COLLABORATION
To finish up the Science module for " Changes," the secondgrade students had the opportunity to collaborate with our fifthgrade students on making“ oobleck.” This interesting substance has characteristics of both a solid and a liquid. To make this gooey creation, the kids began with cornstarch then added water. After the two were mixed, the kids were able to make it whatever color they wanted with food coloring! The students had a great time working across the grade levels and learning together.
