Sergeant Potts Retires After 34 Years of Service to Jefferson Hills Police Force Sergeant William A. Potts retired from the Jefferson Hills Police Force the last week of July after 34 years of service to the Borough of Jefferson Hills including 29 years as a Sergeant. At the August 8 Council meeting, Sergeant Potts accepted a plaque and retirement badge from Police Chief Gene Roach. Mayor Jan Cmar also presented Sergeant Potts with a proclamation, commending him for “thirtyfour years of dedicated and faithful public service.” Thank you for your service to Jefferson Hills, Sgt.
