CAPS FOR CARING Saturday, 10 a. m.- 2 p. m., Nov. 12 Calling all crocheters or knitters. Come on out and use your talents for an amazing cause. We will be creating caps for preemies or chemo patients to be donated to Magee Womens Hospital. Don’ t know how to crochet or knit? There will be help available during this event. Donation of yarn is also needed; we are looking for“ soft” yarns to produce these caps. Donations of completed caps or yarns can be dropped off at the library during regular hours.

Presented by Jerry Andres, local history enthusiast and president of the Pioneers West Historical Society. P. W. H. S. owns and maintains the c. 1762 Walker-Ewing Log House, an historic landmark located at 1355 Noblestown Road.
