West Allegheny students who complete the IMM course sequence and graduate with a minimum GPA will be guaranteed admission into Chatham. They can begin taking these courses in the fall of 2026.

THE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER
Enjoy a special evening at Settlers Cabin Park that’ s all about our canine friends! On Tuesday, July 28, from 6 to 8 p. m., bring your dog with you to enjoy some off-leash time.
There will also be Veterinary Emergency Group staff on hand who will be doing CPR demonstrations, and Camp Bow Wow will have giveaways and pet information available.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE!

We are looking to profile students who are excelling in a particular high school sport. Please email editors @ icmags. com. To be considered, the email subject line must say HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE FOR( NAME OF HIGH SCHOOL) and you must submit a hi-res( 300 dpi, at least 1MB) photo of your child in uniform attached to the email. Please include your child’ s name, grade, and a brief description of accomplishments along with your email address and phone number.
SCRAPOSAURS AT THE GARDEN
Pittsburgh Botanic Garden will feature prehistoric creatures made from old scraps of steel, recycled metal and found objects.
Take a walk through the exhibit and discover 15 sculptures from another era. It will be at the botanic garden through Oct. 31.
Along with your ticket to the Scraposaurs exhibit, you’ ll have access to 65 acres of cultivated gardens and woodlands, all art exhibitions, Nature Adventure Backpacks, and other interactive activities.
