announced that CEO Ron Celaschi has
been appointed to the Board of Directors
for Junior Achievement of Western
Pennsylvania. As a member of the board,
Celaschi, along with similar business
and individual leaders in the Pittsburgh
community, will set the policy and
direction for the Pittsburgh JA office.
Junior Achievement USA is the
nation’s largest organization dedicated to
giving young people the knowledge and
skills they need to own their economic
success, plan for their futures, and make
smart academic and economic choices.
Junior Achievement’s programs revolve
around work readiness, entrepreneurship,
and financial literacy, and allow young
people the opportunity to experience
the realities of work and life in the 21st
century.
In 2008, Celaschi joined Clearview
as vice president of lending. In 2012, he
was promoted to senior vice president of
operations and lending, where he and his
team led a change in lending culture that
resulted in loan growth that far exceeded
the industry. Prior to joining Clearview,
Celaschi spent 14 years with the
Pennsylvania Credit Union Association
and was the president and CEO of Frick
Tri-County Federal Credit Union. He
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration – Finance and a Master
of Science in Business Administration.

Feb. 4: Vijay Gupta, violinist/
educator/mental health advocate.
March 17: Lynsey Addario, Pulitzer
Prize-winning photojournalist focused
on war, injustice, resilience and
humanity.
In addition to the formal lecture, an
optional luncheon at St. Clair Country
Club is held immediately following,
and the speaker is available to answer
questions posed by the luncheon
audience—which frequently leads to a
very candid exchange!
