Eighty percent of Clark’s business each and every year comes from repeat customers and referrals. Chris Clark, sales manager, worked with the homeowners to define the scope of the project and help them identify which styles and options were important to them. “Every customers has their own tastes and ideas about what the ideal kitchen looks like,” says Chris. “My job is to guide the customer through the selection process and help them in designing their dream.” Full overlay, traditional cathedral raised panels doors were chosen for the wall cabinets, while full overlay traditional raised panel square doors were used in the base cabinets. Birch wood with a cherry stain was used in conjunction with Almond painted bead board to provide contrast. 18x18 Florida Tile ceramic flooring was installed throughout the kitchen and dining area. “Butterfly” granite counter tops were installed by Ultimate Granite Surfaces and finished with a half bevel edge treatment. A Kohler Undertone stainless steel sink was combined with a Kohler Forte series pullout spray kitchen faucet. 6x6 Navone Sand tile and a custom feature over the range complete the backsplash area. Fifteen recessed lights and an additional 9 LED under cabinet lights make sure the space is well illuminated. The existing sliding glass door and windows were replaced with Pella designer series units in the kitchen and dining areas. Lastly, the new baseboards and casing were stained to match the cabinetry, and the walls and ceiling received a fresh coat of paint. The Webers were impressed with the quality of the work and the precision of the process, so much so that they recently contracted Clark Renovations to remodel their hall bathroom. Another new customer converted to a Clark advocate. Clark Renovations is based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and offers new customers design/build services for windows, doors, kitchens and baths.
