2019 Shaler Hampton EMS Subscription Reminder!
As Shaler Hampton EMS begins our 2nd year of service we are proud to report that we responded
more than 4,700 times in 2018 and that 93% of those calls for service were in Etna, Hampton or
Shaler, the communities served by Shaler Hampton EMS. One common point to all of these calls?
No one woke up that morning thinking that they would need an ambulance!
Subscription Drive
Our annual subscription drive, which should have recently
arrived in your mailbox, provides for zero out of pocket
expense to our subscribers, protects you from the costs of
insurance copays and deductibles for medically necessary
emergency ambulance transportation. This year we do have a
modest price increase of $5 at each subscriber level but have
maintained 100% coverage for copays and deductibles.
Your subscription also supports Shaler Hampton EMS, your
EMS agency, helping us to provide the best equipment and
staff. We are passionate about what we do and fully embrace
the challenges to be ready to respond at a moment’s notice to
your call.
on your worst of days, while
focusing on meeting your basic
human needs for compassion when
you call us.
Together with our highly skilled EMT’s and Paramedics and our
community-based Board of Directors, we look forward to and
appreciate your support.
If you ever have any questions, thoughts or concerns I am
always available to talk, please call the station and ask for
me or I am always available by email at
[email protected].
Community Training & Readiness
We are also interested in supporting community readiness
and safety through training. CPR and Stop the Bleed training,
car seat checks and installations, or having a presence at your
community event are all available through our organization.
Please contact us for further details.
